“I and you, we all should encourage people for a Viksit Bharat (developed India). We should encourage people, especially young minds, to realize the dream of Vikshit Bharat. We have to live every moment to make it happen. We must stay.” This is linked to this thought (of Vikshit Bharat). For this, everyone should start participating and contributing wherever they are,” Prime Minister Modi said while addressing the gathering virtually.

Prime Minister Modi said that the first prerequisite for realizing the dream of a developed India is to make the country self-sufficient. There is a need to thwart actions of people who focus on dividing the country on caste and gender lines, he added.

“We often say that the first requirement to realize the dream of Viksit Bharat is to make India self-sufficient (Aatma Nirbhar). And no one will come from outside for this, only we have to do it (make India). We can start by promoting Vocal for Local. To achieve this we must ensure unity. Unfortunately, some people want to divide the country based on their personal gains and conservative thinking. “We must ensure that such actions are rejected,” said the Prime Minister.

“Lord Swaminarayan told us that a nation can develop only with the help of young minds. To do this, we must concentrate on training young people. Qualified young people are required. Whenever I meet leaders from other countries, they tell me this. “They want young people from India to come and work in their countries because they are attracted by the skills of Indian youth. The youth here are preparing to solve the problems of not only this country but also the world,” Prime Minister Modi said.

The Prime Minister said it was important to protect young people from drug abuse and addiction. “We have to constantly work on that. This country can only develop if such things are done first,” the Prime Minister said.

“The Swaminarayan community has always worked very hard to get rid of addiction. Our saints and mahatmas can go a long way in keeping the youth away from addiction and making them drug-free. Such campaigns and efforts are always necessary to save the youth from addiction. We must do this continuously…Now the example of Ayodhya is before us. After 500 years, a dream has come true. The transformation of Kashi and Kedar is before us… A new consciousness, a new revolution is visible everywhere, not only that, there was no one today to look for the centuries-old idols that were stolen from our land after going to “Stolen goddesses return to our temples,” he said.

Shree Swaminarayan Mandir in Vadtal has been influencing the social and spiritual life of people for many decades.

The temple at Vadtal, also known as Vadtal Swaminarayan, serves as the spiritual capital of the Shree Swaminarayan Sampradaya, which has now spread across the world. This temple was built by Sadguru Shree Brahmanand Swami and Sadguru Shree Aksharanand Swami on the orders of Bhagwan Shree Swaminarayan.

The temple is built in a lotus shape and symbolizes the spirit of harmony between all religions. It contains depictions of past avatars of gods and goddesses. The nine domes of the temple emphasize the height of the temple.

The pillars of the temple bear colorful stone carvings. The construction work was completed within 15 months. The walls of the temple are decorated with colorful depictions from the Ramayana. (ANI)
