Motorists are being urged to avoid the road near Dunkeld after a vehicle crashed

driver are ordered to avoid the road after a collision on Sunday.

At around 1pm on November 10, emergency services were called to a one-car accident on the A923 near the junction with the A9 at Dunkeld.

Following the incident, the southbound road is currently closed to motorists. The rescue workers are still on site.

A Police Scotland spokesman said: “At around 1pm on Sunday November 10 we received a report of a single-car accident on the A923 near the junction with the A9 at Dunkeld.

“Emergency services are on duty and the southbound road is currently closed. Motorists are asked to avoid the area.”
