Heidelberg. The restaurant “The Kitchen” in the Heidelberg Congress Center is, as the name suggests, more of a kitchen than a restaurant. The centerpiece is Germany’s largest Chef’s Table, a concept that actually has a niche existence in mainstream restaurants.
