A job camp is an event or trade fair organized to connect job seekers with potential employers. These camps typically provide a platform where individuals can explore various employment opportunities, attend interviews, and sometimes even receive career guidance or counseling. Job camps are often organized by government agencies, educational institutions or recruitment companies and can focus on specific industries or sectors. Participants can register, submit their resumes and connect with recruiters or companies offering positions. They can also offer services such as skills development workshops or vocational training to improve employability.
