Apple Arcade: Games for the Christmas season

In the (pre)Christmas season, many new games are coming to Apple Arcade that offer something for everyone, from solo players to families and friends who want to play together.

At Apple Arcade you can look forward to 15 new games, including “Skate City: New York”, “Talking Tom Blast Park”, “Final Fantasy IV” (3D Remake)+, “Gears & Goo” (Apple Vision Pro) and others.

Apple Arcade is a gaming service available on the App Store that provides the opportunity to share entertaining gaming experiences with loved ones. The extensive arcade catalog can be enjoyed on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV and Apple Vision Pro, and each of the 250+ games is free of ads and in-app purchases.

You can play as your favorite athletes in the hits NFL Retro Bowl ’25 or NBA 2K25 Arcade Edition, score the highest hand in the poker-inspired deck-building sensation Balatro+, and play as the cunning Bigfoot in Sneaky Sasquatch sneak around or explore hundreds of other games – both new and old – from your favorite genres.

Skate City: New York

The Snowman and Agents game is the ultimate skateboarding experience, racing through the legendary streets of the Big Apple while mastering hundreds of tricks in real locations. “Skate City: New York” will be released on January 9, 2025.

Talking Blast Park

In “Talking Tom Blast Park” by Outfit7 you can December 5th Join Talking Tom and his friends in an epic battle to save Blast Park from the villainous Rakoonz. Using crazy blasters like the Duckinator and the Power Plunger, players must blast waves of Rakoonz and their trash to restore the fun to the park.

Final Fantasy IV (3D Remake)+

Square Enix’s Final Fantasy IV (3D REMAKE)+ has been beautifully revitalized with updated graphics, improved gameplay and voice acting during event scenes. The fourth game in the legendary Final Fantasy series is also the first installment to introduce the Active Time Battle system that you’ve come to love from this franchise. The game will be released on December 9th.

Gears & Goo

“Gears & Goo” from Resolution Games, a new base building and tower defense game offers interactive mechanisms that are finally possible with spatial computing. It will be available on Apple Arcade for the Apple Vision Pro starting January 9th.

Exclusive new games and award-winning titles from the App Store will also be released on Apple Arcade over the next few months, including Boggle: Arcade Edition, PAC-MAN 256+, Hot Wheels: Race Off+, Barbie Color Creations+ . ” and “Little Cities: Diorama” (Apple Vision Pro) on December 5th; “FF IV: The After Years+” on December 9th; and “Gears & Goo” (Vision Pro), “Three Kingdoms Heroes”, “Final Fanatsy+,” “Trials of Mana+,” “Rodeo Stampede+,” and “It’s Literally Just Mowing+” on January 9th.
