Grand Prix Final 2024 in Grenoble: Participants, schedule and TV broadcast at the Grand Prix Final

Six weeks, six competitions, six countries, six qualifications: After the exciting competitions of the Grand Prix of Figure Skating series 2024, the best figure skaters in the world will fight for the title in the grand finale. The Figure Skating Grand Prix Final finds from December 4th to 8th I am French Grenoble instead of. The best six athletes or pairs in each discipline who have qualified via the points classification of the Grand Prix Series compete against each other. Medals are awarded in the disciplines of men’s singles, women’s singles, pair skating and ice dancing. The participants included established world stars such as the reigning ISU world champions Ilia Malinin (USA), Kaori Sakamoto (JPN), Deanna Stellato-Dudek/Maxime Deschamps (CAN) and Madison Chock/Evan Bates (USA). Also the pair skaters Minerva Hase/Nikita Volodin from Germany made it to the final again this year.

The Grand Prix Final in figure skating begins on December 4th in Grenoble. The final and the exhibition will take place on Sunday, December 8th.

German figure skaters qualify for the Grand Prix final

The German secured victory at the Cup of China Pair skating duo Minerva Hase and Nikita Volodin with a second place the ticket for the Grand Prix Final in Grenoble and is therefore one of the six best couples in the world fighting for the title this week. The duo from Berlin travels to France as defending champions: Last year in 2023, they won the gold medal in pair skating at the Grand Prix Final in Beijing.

Hase and Volodin’s Grand Prix record to date is impressive: they won a medal in all four Grand Prix competitions in which they took part in 2023 and 2024 – three of them gold. The crowning achievement was winning the final last year. With this strong series, they are also among the favorites in Grenoble.
