At least 15 cars were scratched by unknown people in a parking lot in Frankfurt (Oder). The damage is great.

A woman lovingly cares for her car. It’s all the more annoying when the paint is intentionally scratched by strangers. At least 15 cars were damaged in a parking lot in Frankfurt (Oder).
