“We are very pleased about the cooperation,” emphasize Wyonne Ulrich, managing director of the OIC sponsoring association UTS, and OIC director Till Holsten. For the Nordic coffee maker, the operation of the bistro in the sea center makes his long-held dream of having his own café come true. “We are very happy about the new location. “But don’t worry, the coffee truck in the city center will stay,” assures Grabowski.

The OIC closes for renovations at the end of the year

He will breathe new life into sea-view gastronomy with his coffee specialties and ideas. The bistro is to be redesigned in coordination with the Baltic Sea Information Center. A lot will also change in the OIC exhibition as a result of extensive renovation work. Until then, the center will remain closed in January and February.

At the beginning of March, the OIC would like to celebrate the reopening together with the new coffee cart team and all visitors. Among other things, the current diving tunnel is to be transformed into a new “climate tunnel”.
