Nairobi – Busia Senator and presidential candidate Okiya Omtatah has narrated the final moments of Gideon Kibet aka Kibet Bull, who was allegedly kidnapped by state authorities.

When did Kibet Bull meet Okiya Omtatah?

In a press release on Thursday, December 26, Omtatah confirmed that Kibet visited his office on December 24.

“Kibet visited my office on Tuesday, December 24, between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. to introduce himself and find out how he could join my team.
