This advisory is issued for Bullengarook.
*This advisory replaces the advisory issued on Thursday, December 26 at 10:07 p.m.
* The bushfire in Coffeys Road, Bullengarook, is now under control.
* Crews will remain without power over the weekend. There is currently no threat to communities, but you should continue to stay put
informs and monitors the conditions. What you should do:
* Monitor weather conditions and alerts.
* Review your fire survival plan.
* If you don’t have a plan, decide what you will do if the situation changes.
* Listen to ABC Ballarat 107.9 FM (www.abc.net.au/ballarat) or ABC Radio Melbourne 774 AM (www.abc.net.au/melbourne). Impact in your region:
* The following roads remain closed: Coffeys Road, Carrolls Lane and Waterloo Flat Road.
* Numerous routes in Wombat State Forest are closed, including Finger Point Road and several adjacent routes.
* Check the VicTraffic website (traffic.vicroads.vic.gov.au/) or call 13 11 70 for road closure information.
* Smoke may be visible from surrounding communities and streets.
* Firefighters will remain in the area. This message was issued by Forest Fire Management Victoria.
