But in the middle of this wintry idyll, a small incident occurs. Bill Kaulitz, known as the frontman of the band Tokio Hotel, suffered an injury while skiing. The first day of vacation in the snowy mountains could hardly have started more bumpily for the singer.

In his Instagram story, Bill Kaulitz shared the unpleasant news with his followers: “Day one and I have a torn capsule in my thumb,” he wrote. His thumb was “green and blue and swollen.” Despite the injury, Bill didn’t lose his fun and joked: “Now I’ll have to keep skiing with it.”
