12/29/24 – Traveling without an insurance license plate

BAD BRÜCKENAU. On the afternoon of December 28th, 2024, a patrol from PI Bad Brückenau checked a 71-year-old with his e-scooter in Robert-Katzer-Weg in Bad Brückenau. Since there was no insurance plate attached to the e-scooter and the 71-year-old could not show any insurance coverage for his vehicle, he was prohibited from continuing his journey. An investigation into offenses under the Compulsory Insurance Act was initiated.

Traffic accident with property damage

BAD BRÜCKENAU. At around 1:00 p.m. on December 28th, 2024, a traffic accident occurred in the forest path in the Römershag district of Bad Brückenau. A 72-year-old woman disregarded the right of way of a VW car that had priority with her Ford car and collided with it at the intersection of Lehmäckerweg and the forest path. The respective vehicle occupants were uninjured in the accident. There was total damage of around 13,000 euros.

Window smashed

BAD KISSINGEN. On December 28th, 2024, between 12:00 a.m. and 1:30 a.m., the window of the access door to a public toilet in the Rose Garden was broken by a previously unknown perpetrator. The resulting material damage amounts to approximately 500 euros. Anyone who has made observations during the period mentioned that could provide clues to the perpetrator is asked to contact the Bad Kissingen police station on 0971/71490. +++
