FWT shares

The Board of Directors of Foresight Technology VCT plc (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has acquired 531,691 Foresight Williams Technology Shares (“FWT Shares”) pursuant to the terms of the subscription offer dated September 5, 2024 (the “Offer”) became. 1p was allocated on 30 December 2024 at offer prices between 98.2p and 104.5p based on an unaudited net asset value of 98.2p per share.

An application has been made for the 531,691 FWT shares of 1p each to be admitted to the FCA’s official list and to trading on the listed securities market of the London Stock Exchange plc on or about 31 December 2024.

The total number of shares allocated by the company to date as part of the offer now amounts to 3,025,575 FWT shares. Following this allocation, there are now 38,455,512 FWT shares in circulation at 1p each.
