Netflix reveals the top shows for each month in 2024

Netflix didn’t disappoint us this year and we have the print of our bodies on the couch to prove it! Thanks to an excellent range of films and TV shows, the streaming service has kept us entertained in 2024.

However, in case you forgot, Netflix reminded us of all the amazing and powerful shows they have created for their platform.

From “Fool Me Once” in January to “One Day” in February to “The Perfect Couple” in September, Netflix gave us an emotional rollercoaster all year long.

Fool me once – January

Michelle Keegan plays lead actress Maya Stern, who is trying to come to terms with the brutal murder of her husband Joe.

However, when Maya installs a nanny camera to keep an eye on her young daughter, she realizes that not everything is as it seems.

One day – February

Based on the novel of the same name by David Nicholls, Emma and Dexter meet for the first time on the evening of their graduation. Tomorrow they have to go their separate ways, but one day a year they come back together.

The Gentleman’s March

Theo James plays the aristocratic Eddie, who inherits the family estate and discovers that there is a huge marijuana empire there and its owners aren’t going anywhere.

Baby Reindeer – April

One of the most controversial series of the year, Richard Gadd’s show follows the story of a female stalker and a man forced to confront his dark, buried trauma.

Based on real life, fans soon went wild, determined to find out who the real Martha was – and as you can imagine, it opened a whole can of worms.

Bridgerton – May

Everyone’s favorite Regency show is set in England and follows eight close-knit siblings of the powerful Bridgerton family on their search for love – this time it was Colin Bridgerton’s turn.

The third part of this series captivated us from the start and Nicola Coughlan’s performance made many Irish people proud.

It is a heartbreaking love story that leaves the viewer constantly wondering whether they will get together or not.

Supacell – June

A group of normal people in South London suddenly develop superpowers, and the only apparent connection between them is that they are all black. As they try to come to terms with their new lives, it is one man’s job to bring them together.

One day – July

Although “One Day” was first published in February, it experienced another surge in popularity on the day the two protagonists met each year after college – July 15, St. Swithin’s Day.

The perfect couple – September
