The renovation company Troy Central goes bankrupt




The company specialized in the hotel, leisure and commercial sectors, working on contracts worth up to £3 million.

Joint administrators of Grant Thornton took over management of the company last week.

Troy’s latest financial reports for the year to August 31, 2023 show turnover of £37.8m and pre-tax profits of £910,000, while the company employed 24 people.

A statement on the company’s website said: “The affairs, business and property of Troy Central Limited (“the Company”) are managed by Daniel Smith and Oliver Haunch, who were appointed joint administrators on November 5, 2024.

“The joint administrators act as representatives of the company and without personal liability. The Joint Administrators are authorized by the Insolvency Administrators Association to act as insolvency administrators.
