This advisory is issued for Grantville, Jam Jerrup, Lang Lang, Pioneer Bay, St. Helier, The Gurdies,
Woodleigh.
* There is a bushfire at The Gurdies that is not yet under control.
* Firefighters continue to work to extinguish hot spots.
* Smoke may be visible.
*This advisory message replaces the community information message issued on December 24, 2024 at 2:44 p.m.
*Although there is no immediate danger, you should continue to monitor the situation and plan what you will do if the situation changes. What you should do:
* Monitor weather conditions and alerts.
* Review your fire survival plan.
* If you don’t have a plan, decide what you will do if the situation changes. Impact in your region:
* Smoke may be visible from surrounding communities and streets.
* Firefighters continue to patrol this fire. This message was issued by the Country Fire Authority.
