While Bill Kaulitz’s broken heart isn’t visible from the outside, he’s now suffered an injury that he can’t hide. On the first day of his vacation in the posh resort of Aspen, things were anything but smooth for the Tokio Hotel frontman’s skiing.

“It’s green and blue and swollen!”

Bill Kaulitz would certainly have imagined it differently. He is currently exploring the mountains in the posh ski resort of Aspen with his brother Tom and his wife Heidi Klum. But after just one day there was a small accident. The singer posted his hand wrapped in a bandage on Instagram. He writes about this: “Day one and I have a torn capsule in my thumb.” And further: “Who has ever had that? It’s green and blue and swollen. Now I guess I have to keep skiing with it.”

In doing so, Bill makes it very clear that he doesn’t want to ruin his vacation fun with this injury and doesn’t want to go on the ski slopes with a bruised thumb. His family should certainly be happy about that too, because not only Heidi but also her four children came for the skiing fun.
