Pitchers Osmer Morales and Robinson Hernández will join Veracruz’s pitching staff for the 2025 Mexican Baseball League season.

Osmer Morales is a Venezuelan right-handed pitcher who can relieve or start games.

Morales finished the regular season with the Braves with a 5-5 record, a 4.94 ERA and 40 strikeouts.

Robinson Hernández is a right-handed pitcher originally from Venezuela who works as a reliever. Hernandez was a prospect for the Colorado organization and El Águila will be his first experience in the Mexican Baseball League. In the winter, Robinson played for the Tiburones de La Guaira in the Venezuelan Professional Baseball League, for which he played a key role in the championship and at the end of 2024 he was sent to the Lara Cardinals in a trade.

Robinson is a versatile backup who can be used after the starter or as a long backup and also in save situations.
