Analysts expect gold price to rise | Investing.com

And there are quite a few who are positively destined for a higher value.

Goldman Sachs (NYSE:), for example, expects a price of $3,000 per troy ounce by the end of 2025. The reason given is that interest rates continue to fall, as they make gold more attractive. In addition, there are expected huge purchases of gold by central banks. In particular, the emerging market central banks, including the central banks of the emerging countries, are significantly increasing their gold reserves. These include China, Russia and, among others, Turkey.

Industrialized countries such as Germany often still have historically large gold reserves. Germany has about four times as much gold as China. And the emerging countries certainly want to continue to catch up. The investment house WisdomTree is also convinced that the price of gold still has room for improvement. Geopolitical squabbles, a weakening US dollar and strong sentiment in the investor community are driving prices.

Their experts therefore predict a price of $3,030 per ounce of gold by the third quarter of 2025. However, $3,360 per ounce would also be possible. There are also similar predictions from Citibank (NYSE:) and Bank of America (NYSE:). Then there is another argument that speaks in favor of increasing demand for gold and thus higher prices for the precious metal: with further reductions in key interest rates, yields on the bond market will decline and thus further increase the attractiveness of gold. The year is coming to an end, gold has reached one record high after another, sometimes three times in one week. However, gold has currently become cheaper and ten-year US government bonds have risen. Interest rates have fallen in Euroland and the United States. Anyone who believes that gold will resume its triumphant advance can familiarize themselves with the values of solid gold companies.

Becoming a leading global silver company is our goal Vizsla Silver (NYSE:). The Panuco project (and gold) in Mexico is intended to ensure this.

Osisko Development (TSXV:) would like to become a medium-sized gold producer. The Cariboo gold project in Canada, the San Antonio gold project in Mexico and the Tintic project in the USA are particularly promising.
